With virtually no downtime, NanoNeedling is ideal for fragile or sensitive skin. It targets the uppermost layer of the skin, making it perfect for boosting product absorption and treating minor issues like fine lines, hydration, and overall skin radiance.
What is Cosmetic Acupuncture?
Cosmetic Acupuncture, also known as Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, incorporates specific needling techniques to balance the whole body, while lifting and tightening the facial skin, fascia, and musculature. Each needle creates a micro trauma that stimulates the dermis (aka the "brain" of the skin) to produce new skin cells, while simultaneously lifting and firming sagging skin.

Yes, just wait at least 2 weeks after an injection appointment before having a Cosmetic, MicroNeedling or NanoNeedling appointment.

Microneedling is performed using an oscillating medical “pen”. After a numbing agent is applied to your skin the pen inserts tiny needles into the dermal level of your skin at a rate of 18,000 rpm, creating micro-channels. The skin's repair process is activated in response to these micro-channels and collagen, elastin, and new skin cells are produced. The result is denser, tighter, smoother, and more evenly colored skin.
NanoNeedling utilizes the same medical pen and repair processes in the skin, but is less intense and does not require a numbing agent on the skin. NanoNeedling is safe to do during pregnancy.

Yes, numbing cream is applied before MicroNeedling to minimize discomfort during the procedure. This ensures a more comfortable experience and allows us to achieve the best results for your skin.
It is applied at the beginning of the session and takes about 20 minutes to fully take effect. Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face so the numbing cream can be applied directly to your skin, allowing us to start the treatment promptly and effectively.
Facilities are available onsite to wash your face beforehand.

Microneedling takes about 60 minutes and can be done monthly. It can be done over facial hair and will leave you feeling pink and sunburned for 1-3 days.
You cannot wear makeup or cover up after your MicroNeedling treatment for the remainder of that day, so please plan accordingly. Results are most noticeable 2-3 weeks after your treatment.
There is no downtime after NanoNeedling, which is less invasive than MicroNeedling.
There is no downtime after Cosmetic Acupuncture, however, as with all acupuncture, there is a small chance you may experience bruising.

MicroNeedling can be done once with visible results, or in a series. Though 1 MicroNeedling session will give you a vibrant, rejuvenated glow, research shows that 4 monthly MicroNeedling treatments can increase skin density by 101% and results last 3-5 years. Results are further maximized when MicroNeedling is combined with cosmetic acupuncture for enhanced lifting of sagging skin, or NanoNeedling for increased collagen production.
MicroNeedling can be done every 4 weeks.
NanoNeedling can be done as frequently as desired. It is often done between monthly MicroNeedling treatments to enhance results.

You should not get MicroNeedling if you:
Are Pregnant, have had botox or injectables in the 2 weeks prior to your appointment , have severe active acne, eczema, warts, or psoriasis on the face, have extreme keloid tendencies or a bleeding disorder, are on anticoagulant therapy or undergoing chemo/radiation.
