What to know before you visit

We're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, MODA/ODS, First Choice Health, United Health Care, and Pacific Source. We also bill Auto Insurance/PIP claims and Workers' Compensation cases directly. Call your carrier to confirm acupuncture benefits, or contact our front desk for assistance.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before your session. Avoid alcohol or strenuous exercise immediately before treatment. Bring your insurance card and any relevant medical records. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms. We'll take care of the rest.

Corbett Hill Wellness Center, 4425 S Corbett Ave, Upper Level, Portland, Oregon 97239. Street parking is available on Corbett Ave, with additional lot parking behind the building. The clinic is on the Upper Level take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.
